Was trying to do an IF alignment on an S38D, came to the point to  adjust the

trimmers in the metal cans, however the plastic Radio Shack  alignment tools 
were not up to the task. Any recommendations on what is an  approriate device

to adjust the IF with.

I work a couple of days a week at the local Sears. We have a whole box of  
Craftsman Jeweler's screwdrivers on clearance for $1.47 each. Very nice quality  
and the lengths vary. Flat tip, Phillips, and Torx....
