Try Pep Boys, or other auto parts stores....or a Harley shop. All carry 
black wrinkle paint.

It's quite possible to do a very good job with those spray cans, but it 
takes some practice and some heat. Find some scraps to practice with, and 
buy an extra can for the same reason!
