[Hallicrafters] Restuffed caps

I'm with Mark on this - especially for a "10".  Just one comment - if 
you put this level of effort into a restoration please stick a note 
inside for the next guy.  Otherwise he is likely to see a bunch of 
original and therefore "nasty" caps there and promptly replace them with 
"good" orange drops.
