Has the BAMA alternate site ever recovered from its crash?  I haven't
been able to reach it in a long time.  I was always able to download via
ftp with any of my browsers from the edebris site.

Anyhoo, by accident I discovered a method to download with IE 6
yesterday.  Normally clicking on a "model number" folder eventually
times out and gives a cannot display content message.  If I select a
"model number" folder then use "open link in new window" it works.  Or
at least did yesterday when I downloaded the BC-221 djvu file.  Your
milage may vary.

I use old WS_FTP from the Win 95 days  for bama access, although BAMA
only permits a couple concurrent FTP connections.
