[Hallicrafters] SX 101 Sensitivity

Hello to the group.  I have an SX 101 that I have completely recapped and replaced tubes as necessary.  I have checked all voltages as per the manual and all are within specs.  I have cleaned the band switch with Deoxit using Q tips.  Works very well on 160/80/40, but sensitivity drops drastically on 20/15/10.  Same results in usb/lsb.  If anyone has any ideas as to what I am overlooking I would really appreciate hearing from you.
