[Hallicrafters] Replacing dial springs

While working to restring the bandspread on a SX-99 I found that the spring had lost its 'spring': ie, very weak to the extent that the dial was a mess.  Going to the local hardware store I found a disply of different sizes of springs. Though the spring is slightly longer, it still did a super job. Its only identifier was # 77. Now I am going to keep a few on hand and also replace the main tuning spring as well.
