[Hallicrafters] Repro h medallion made?

Hi fellas

Has anyone ever repro'ed the quarter size h medallion that appeared on most 
40s era Hallicrafter gear? For example, the S-40s had it on the speaker grille. 
Many of these have fallen off over the decades- wouldn't take much to repro.
