[Hallicrafters] Power cord safety, renewing front panel markings

Using the "standard" U.S. 3-wire power cord:

Black wire ("hot") to the off-on switch (preferably
adding a fuse holder and fuse - this can be inside the
unit where it isn't seen). White wire ("neutral") to
the "other" side of the AC input (no fuse in this line
per NFPA NEC). The green wire ("ground") is connected
directly to the chassis.

When used with a "normal" 3-wire system the green wire
provides an AC ground and will keep the unit from
tending to "tickle" when you touch the cabinet.
However, you still need to provide the r.f. ground and
antenna for best operation.

I have an S40B, with original power cord setup, is
there a way to connect a 3 prong plug to prevent shock hazards?
