[Hallicrafters] Seen in relale store

OK, this one is not  ham radio, but still interesting
because it is Hallicrafters! Poking around a resale
store I found this floor standing AM/FM radio, with
closed speaker box below and radio chassis above. 
There is a Hallicrafters sticker on the inside,
somewhat deteriorated and the model number reads 5-78
or something like that.  The 5 could be an S and the 8
could be a 3, I guess.  Cabinet has been recovered
with thick vinyl held on by upholstery tacks.  Tube
count is not high.  I was not able to locate any info
on this and thought this might spark some discussion
regarding age, etc.  Are these rare?  I have seen many
Philco etc, but never a Halli.

I did not buy it and am not trying to sell it.  It is
big and restoring the cabinet would probably be
challenging.  I mostly wanted to hear some discussion
abut this type of Hallicrafters.
