My opinion that this thread has more than adequately run its course...it
DOES appear from time-to-time and seems to continue forever.  I'm about to
filter and delete anything with "parting" in it.  It is nice though to know
that there are so many people actually alive out there.

BOTTOM LINE...If we don't like people parting out equipment that THEY OWN,
then we are free to offer then enough money that they will see it to you
intact.  

Otherwise we have to reason to COMPLAIN. 

It doesn't matter what you or I think because it DOES NOT belong to us but
to THEM and when I last checked, it's not acceptable to tell people how they
handle THEIR OWN BELONGS.
