[Hallicrafters] SX-101 Paper Chassis stickers

Thanks to those who have sent me digital images so far.
Again regarding the form of stickers used on the rear apron of the SX-101
chassis.
What does the sticker look like that is located under the octal DC Power
socket? I have one half of this one intact.
It also appears that there might have been a sticker above the bandswitch
shaft extraction holes and the patent sticker.
Has anyone seen this or was it some sort of QA or customs delivery sticker?
Any images of the sticker with the schematic diagram that is located inside
the R46B speaker box?
