Duane,

Stick to your guns on this one.  I can handle tobacco tar and mildew but 
vastly prefer to not deal with them.  That being said, my wife cannot 
handle mildew at all and she is quite sensitive to tobacco.   I cannot 
knowingly bring infected gear or paper into the house for her sake.

The worst problems I've encountered always seem to come from smokers. 
Some people have lost their sense of smell but they generally know it. 
Smokers nearly always think they can smell just fine even though the 
evidence is strongly to the contrary.  Dude, if your sniffer was working 
you wouldn't be smoking!
