DH Distributors will custom manufacture any rating and number of
sections you 
need and they are perfect replacements for the original. He can 
make any size can and install any values and the cost for the four
section 
caps 
he has made for me is usually around $10 or so. In addition the
workmanship 
is 
a very high quality hand made custom item. In addition to the twist-loc
style 
they also offer the stud mount style the earlier stuff needs. Their stud

mount caps will have cloth covered leads like the originals. They also
sell new 
imported replacement caps such as Xicon and tubes and panel lamp bulbs.
They put 
out a quarterly flyer that offers various specials. There is a $10
minimum 
order but shipping is no charge. I'm not affiliated in any way, just a
satisfied 
customer passing along a tip.
