[Hallicrafters] SX-16 RF Coil Cf

I noticed on my SX-16 when I was doing the alignment last night that the RF
Trimmer (Cf) for band position #2
doesn't line up with the hole with the plate on the underside.  The
capacitor appears to have been installed 180 degrees backward. The top of
the capacitor has a metal collar which is soldered to a common buss wire and
if it had been installed correctly the opposite side of this collar would
have lined up with the buss wire but there was no evidence of that side have
ever had soldered applied to it. Anyway I turned the capacitor around and it
now lines up with the proper hole in the bottom plate. Does this sound
familiar to anyone ?
