[Hallicrafters] S-38 Restoration Instructions

I was wondering if there are step by step instructions somewhere on the 
internet for restoring an
S-38?   I have been trying to restore an S-38 that my dad gave me and I 
continue to have a hum or buzz that I cannot get rid of.  I have replaced 
the multi-cap,  tubes,  wax caps,  a lot of the wiring, but to no avail.  I 
thought if I had a restoration manual I could take it completely apart and 
re-assemble.  Thanks for any help you can provide.
