[Hallicrafters] SX-110 question

I have a couple of SX-110 units. I have two versions of the manual one has
the B version schematic and the other has the C version.

I am trying to figure out just how the pilot light that illuminates the
S-meter is supposed to be mounted. One radio has a homebrew bracket
mounted under a screw on one side. The other appears stock. The diagram in
the manual shows it generally mounted underneath the meter but I don't get
it.

Is it clipped to the mounting bracket for the receive/standby switch or
what? If so from which side?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks & cheers from Minnesota,

Gerry
