http://www.mouser.com/catalog/618/962.pdf  shows an Electroswitch with 3 
poles 4 positions (C3P0304N-A), although I was thinking of finding one of 
the old Centralabs ceramics.  A lot depends on the voltage and current 
actually seen at the switch.  There are likely exact replacements 
available, too.

Good hunting; we ran a lot of both phone patches and all-evening teletype 
runs with several models of Henrys. Fine gear.
