[Hallicrafters] SX88 $$$$$$

I just sold my HX-500.
Under $500 incl ship and had orig manual and the factory notices.
Very little interest in it on the lists. Actually more emails telling
me I meant HX-50 or that the HX-500 is a "piece of crap"
It is a bit more difficult to align than most TX, so I would suggest that
"crap" is more applicable to the skills of the denigrators ;-)
IIRC the Johnson Thunderbolt was in the neighborhood of 500 and the
Hallicrafters HT-33 was definitely under 500 (but there was an A and B
model that followed). Don't think the Johnson Navigator exceeded 500
either. Oh yes, and the National NTX/NSM isn't too easy to find.
I am looking for a NTX/NSM or Cosmophone 35(or KW) if anyone has one for
sale/swap.
