Hi Skip,
    You can download, free, a manual from Ken Grimm's great BAMA site:

    A set of "dry" contacts from the HT-32 relay is provided at the
access. connector, pin 3 is common, pin 4 is nc, pin 2 is no.  They can be
used to do whatever you want externally, incl. muting the SX-101.  There
is no provision made for keying the HT-32 from a remote switch, so you
can't do what you describe without making some changes, e.g. the PTT mod,
which can be found (among others) at:
