[Hallicrafters] Voltage question re SX-71

One more thing!  Different VOM (voltmeters) load circuits down differently.
Depending on the meter you poke into the radio has something to do with what
reading you get in different circuits.  (They load down the circuits
differently).  Hallicrafters could have used a different meter then you are
using when developing the voltage chart.
