[Hallicrafters] Query

According to my XYL, I made the mistake of letting the word out that I was
interested in tube rigs. Something about them has always peaked my
curiosity, much like the antiquated mode of CW. First to arrive was a pair
of Drakes. Next came a HT 40 with a SX 140, a HA-5 and a speaker. I could
not refuse them as the price was right, FREE. As soon as I expand my
shack/office, they will go on the air. These rigs and any others will be put
on the air and exercised regularly.
The latest addition was another "take it" expenditure. And, it is one that
I know very little about. It is a HT 32. The serial number sticker has
long ago dried up and fallen off. It is mounted in an over/under cabinet
with the HT 32 on the bottom. I would appreciate any information about the
HT 32. Its vintage era, what went on the upper rack of the cabinet and the
like. Links to web sites would be FB, too. I do plan on giving it a good
cleaning and rehabilitating it, if necessary, and putting it on the air.
Would also appreciate suggestions about a similar vintage Hallicrafters
receiver to match it with.
Thanks in advance from a rather new ham who does want to keep the tubes
glowing brightly.
