I believe you are forgetting there are other services below 30 MHz that
at this time I believe are totally not informed about BPL but soon will
be. Also I believe that the airlines operate below 30 MHz so it may
take a downed airplane before they the FCC understands the word
"Stupid". Second this is a two way street Ham are going to cause as
much if not more interference to BPL then they might cause. Money is a
big issue but I also question if BPL is really has a good business
plan. Look at the competition and then take the number of people
already hooked up to the other services and now just try and get a
majority of them to switch. Yes they are going after the people at the
end of the line and in rural areas but I believe when they get there
they will find out that a majority of these people live where they live
for other reasons and broadband is really not on most of there list of
requirements. I believe some one should find out how much Powell is
making on this decision or things he will make if it succeeds..
