These things are almost impossible to find, but fortunately, easy to
make!  When I couldn't find one for my S-19R, Mike Lichtman, KF6KXG,
encouraged me to make my own from an appropriately thick piece of
plastic packaging material.  The piece that I used came from the
extruded plastic in which one of my grandson's toys was packed.  It's
not hard to do with a sharp hobby knife.  A hairline marker can be added
on the reverse side with a straightedge and a sharp pointed indelible
marker.  I couldn't remember whether the hairline was red or black.  I
used black on my repro and it looks great.

I have attached a copy of the pattern to the message sent to Doug.  A
copy will be added to the S-19R file on BAMA for anyone else who might
be interested.
