[Hallicrafters] Outrageously priced SX-16

While the radio in the picture (poor pictures) seem to indicate the
radio
is not pristine, $ 800 is not an obscene price to pay for something one
really wants.

Last year I paid $ 1,100 for a very close to perfect SX-17 receiver.
While
I will admit, it is not what I wanted to pay, I did want the SX-17 very
badly.  Bad enough to pay the big bucks.]

What I got was a radio that came by USPS, in plug and play condition.
Nary
a scratch on it.  Ebay is an addiction but, where else are you going to
go
to get this stuff?
