[Hallicrafters] 'Bama' Help

Hope this question is not out of order here. I see several persons who mention going to 'Bama' for info.  I have Windows XP. Downloaded stuff from Lizardtech. Thought I was ready to view, but I still get the same old error message. What am I doing wrong here? Any help greatly appreciated. Joe
