[Hallicrafters] SX-28A Bandswitch

Hello alI have just finished re-capping the bottom half of my SX-28A and

noticed the bandswitch stops on band 2( 1.6 - 3.0 MC) when turned fully 

clockwise. This seemed a bit curious to me, as it seemed to me it should stop

at band 1. I have never seen this rcvr powered up, never used it. It was given to

me a couple of years ago.  Any help would be appreciated.
