[Hallicrafters] Sx-111 Alignment Recommend

Good Eve. All,

Can anyone recommend a tech. around Central Jersey who will align an SX-111?
I cant get past the 1.6 and 1.7mc with the junk I have to work with and its 
getting really frustrating.
Between a sig gen thats not sensitive enough,  a counter with no 
sensitivity at all, and a shortage of patience, I'm ready to give up. It's 
not much worse off than when I started, but its definitely no better.
What I gained on the 50.75 I lost on the 1.6& 1.7mc. I prefer not to ship. 
UPS has not been kind to me in the past.
