[Hallicrafters] Re Back Up NCS Needed For Today's Net!

The NWS has us under severe weather starting at 1800 UTC this date. I need
somebody to stand by to assume NCS duties in the event it happens prior to the
HCI Net closing down at 1900 UTC. If you are willing to assume the duties in
that event, please contact me by phone or e-mail 'prior' to 1700 UTC - if
