[Hallicrafters] SP44

Came across a SP44 Panadapter with a rough case.  Panel not too bad, and all
knobs are there.  The owner willing to sell, (electrical condx unknown), and
he thinks there may be a manual available.  I'm to see him this weekend to
see some other boatanchors, but thought there might be some
interest/knowledge on this list.

Any idea of value. Is anyone interested?  Located near San Diego.
