Join us on Sunday July 11Th for the HCI 20 meter Net. It will commence with the
pre-Net at 12:45 PM EDT, (1645 UTC). The Net proper begins at 1:15 PM EDT, (1715
UTC). I will be on the air at about 12:20 PM EDT, (1620 UTC) testing the station
and winding up the large industrial strength rubber bands that are activated by
the motion sensors and blast those pesky Flys out of the air like Patriot
missiles knocking down incoming Scum. Which is why I have that sort of salt and
pepper pattern on the Ham Shack walls. So stop by early if you are in the area
and say "Hey!" 	
	
The frequency will be 14.293 MHZ usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and
sounds of unhappy children screaming in some dialect of Arabic as they flip off
their new trampoline next-door and land on those rose bushes with thorns
sticking out like quills on a Porcupine! I keep expecting the older boy to get a
chain saw, like he used to cut down all the mailboxes on the street one night
when he found out that Moonshine is not the same as Lemonade, and mistook the
mailboxes for Camels with C4 in their humps, and turn those thorny trellis
climbers into mulch!      	
	
I hope to hear you above the deafening din of shrill screams of joy as those
kids pull thorns out of each other with pliars they got on sale at the nearby
Ace Hardware and then slap on a Looney Tons band-aid to stop the bleeding. Last
evening the twelve year old girl had so many colors of band-aids on that she
looked like she had gotten caught in a crossfire between two paint ball teams at
war! But I guess they are having fun. So join me and let's have some fun of our
