This is a tidbit for those that have a sound level meter or some
substitute.
When aligning our lovely old radios we find that to access a proper point
for 
measurement of the output is difficult. So- put the sound level meter
close to
 the speaker and use that as th output level meter.
  It works quite well- try it sometime.
