Well I looked closely at my properly functioning SX-100 and found too many BBOD's. So 
now I'm faced with a problem many others have had to deal with. Do I "fix" a perfectly 
functioning receiver? I'm always looking for an excuse to fire up the old soldering iron so 
you can guess the answer.

For those who might be interested, I took pictures of the chassis and identified the
