[Hallicrafters] SX-15 & SX-16's rarity - and SX-17's

I know nothing about production numbers on these, but i have been tempted by
a couple of very nice SX-16's on ebay. OTOH I have never seen an SX-17 on
ebay. (similar to SX-16 but with 2 RF stages)
