Now if you had hearing like mine (basically stone deaf above 8000 cycles,
but better than normal below about 500 and way above normal below 100) you
don't have to worry about spending lots of money go get high fidelity.
Besides the ringing in my ears is louder than any thing I normally hear in
the higher frequencies. Good thing I'm not one of those people bothered by
noise and it's louder than, or at least as loud as most conversation. I'm
so used to it I only notice it when I stop to think about it.
