[Hallicrafters] '101 hum

Maybe is like me, needed a pair of headphone and there was not a pair of mono
phones in the city of Mobile, AL:...you could buy all the stereo phones you want,
so you go with what is available and live with the problem or try to resolve it
as best you can. Oh yes I did find one pair of mono phones in town, cheap plastic
with two ear buds and come wire.  I wanted padded phones.
