Yes, these are the same, and I do still have them in my archives. The
clips, "Voice of Victory" is the one produced by the
Hallicrafters Company in the early part of the war. It deals with
converting the HT 4 into the military BC-610. It also goes on to provide
information about the SCR-299, the mobile communications vehicle. Now they
are available in many more formats than when I sent them out. If you would
like to download them, pick the .avi files. These have good quality, are
viewable in Windows Media Player, and are much smaller in file size.
Although, most folks with DSL or Cable can get them without me sending them
a CD. If anyone would like a copy, let me know, and I'll see if I can get
the old burner fired up!!
