[Hallicrafters] Knobs needed

I am looking for 2 (of the 4) knobs for my Hallicrafters 5R10A.  These
are typical Halli knobs about 1"dia x 7/8"h with the silver conical
insert.  Similar ones seem to be used on a number of products such as
S38D (not other S38s) S94/95 S85/86 SX104/105 SX99, etc.  If anyone out
there can help please let me know the cost.  Or, if someone needs 2 of
these in exchange/purchase for 4 of the similar knobs (without the
inserts) I would consider that as well.
