[Hallicrafters] SX-111 Resistance chart needed.

Good morning all,

It's not my intention to be a pest!
Would anyone be able to help out with an SX-111 (13 tube) resistance 
chart?  Scan or paper, more than happy to pay costs. My manual is from BAMA 
and that page is missing. When/if I get one I will send a copy to BAMA for 
the next needee.
