Nope, they are rare but not that scarce. Working ones may be scarce however.
Several have appeared on ebaY over the last few years. Mine is presently not
working but was until recently. It has a minor problem I am sure.
The weak point seems to be the power transformer which failed in mine and
was replaced with a Peter Dahl exact replacement. Heat buildup was a problem
in the early versions like mine but later versions added a fan to help with
that problem.
I have refinished the cabinet and it matches the companion SX-100 perfectly.
Those two with the R46B speaker look fabulous together!
Probably what is even more scarce is the HT-31 linear amplifier. All these
components were mounted in a custom cabinet known as the SR-500 of which I
only know of 1 in existence. It is missing the HT-30 however.
