[Hallicrafters] HT-37 & PTT???

I guess there are some differences in the various models of HT-37/HT-32
transmitters.  Both my HT-32A and HT-32B have a 2-pin mike connector with
PPT, which is also shown in the schematics.  My schematic for a HT-32 Mark 1
does not show PPT in the microphone connector.  I guess Hallicrafters did
not include PPT on the HT-37 either.

Unless you want absolute factory stock, I would change the connector so you
could have it on the microphone bar.
