For the benefit of Dan 'Hank' Arney, Ray and several others, this is off topic.
But frankly, I have no problem with it. Bill needs help, there is no 'right'
place to ask this and we need to cut some slack now and then to help our
brother/sisters in the radio hobby out. This is one of those times, so if you
have a problem with it, keep it to yourself. If we can't help each othe rout,
then what the heck are we doing here anyhow?
Thanks guys for helping Bill rediscover his old call.
Bill I hope you can find it. Trying to get it back as a vanity call?

Hello All,
If anyone has a 1980 US callbook, I would greatly appreciate it if you can find
my original ham callsign, N8BOS, Huntington , WV and verify that I'm in that
callbook for 1980. I'm not in the 1979 callbook but am in the 1981 callbook.
I'll gladly pay for a copy of the page listing my original callsign if you find
it.
Thanks & 73,
Bill Pancake, ABØZZ
