[Hallicrafters] Removing the skirt on Hallicrafters knobs

Hi,

I have a broken bandswitch knob on my SX101.  The skirt is fine but I can't
figure out how to remove the skirt from the broken knob. I want to take a
knob from my HT32 parts machine and remove that skirt and replace it with
the skirt from the 101.  I don't want to mess up the skirt taking it off and
the pins are really in there tight. Any out there who has been successful at
this??
