Glen was being very polite. Normally I let this sort of thing go by but
these posts were so egregious that I blew my stack. If you're actually
SO naive, SO inexperienced, SO newbie, SO ... challenged that you had no
clue you were doing anything wrong, then, and only then, do I apologize.
Just a little. But if you've been a subscriber for more than a minute
and a half it should have been abundantly obvious how to behave yourself.

Here's what NOT to do when posting to a group such as this. All of
which you did.

1) DON'T rip someone else's totally unrelated post to use as a template
to write yours. That's lazy as hell and screws up the content of the
archive. Everybody dislikes that, trust me.

2) DON'T do #1, above, without completely editing the post down to
nothing but the address. See reasons above. Better still, learn how to
use your address book. It ain't rocket science.

3) DON'T grab a half-dozen different posts and misuse all of them for
the same message. If nobody gives a rat's the first time they damn sure
won't care the fourth.

4) DON'T address those multiple posts to several uninterested
individuals who authored the original messages you stole, let alone to a
bunch of lists to most of which you likely don't subscribe. Not that
those would get through anyway. Duh!

5) DON'T go phishing at everyone else's expense. If you want to sell
the damn radio - SAY SO! In YOUR OWN post with YOUR OWN 'subject'
addressed to YOUR OWN subscriptions. If you want to figure out what
it's supposedly worth so that you can extract the last nickel from some
poor slob on eBarf - SAY SO! Not that anybody cares to help you with
the latter. Do your own homework.

Sue me, flame me, whatever. Couldn't care less. Don't show up at my
door angry; bad idea for you.
