[Hallicrafters] Destroyed S-38D -- Remnant Anyone?

Considering that the S-118 was a fairly "low end"
receiver when it was introduced in 1961 (sold for
$99.95), it probably isn't going to be worth all that
much these days.
>From what I can see it was similar to the S-107 but
had a low frequency range (185 KHz to 420 KHz) instead
of the high end of the S-107 which actually covered
about 25 MHz to 55 MHz but only had the bandspread
calibrated for the 6 meter amateur band.
However, there are not that many S-118 receivers
around when compared to the S-38 series so you may get
some "interest" from someone who collects
Hallicrafters receivers.
Other than that, I do not have any further information
on your request that has appeared as a reply to
numerous other topics on several reflectors.

I have a Hallicrafters S-118 and seeking value
information. It was used for six months and then put
in dry, clean storage. It works. Any information is appreciated.
