[Hallicrafters] Need Advice on HT-32A Meter

Hi Greg,
    Ck what Mark says.  You can hang a digimeter right on the meter
terminals to see if there's anything getting there.  The mtr in my HT-32's
always been a bit flakey, it did have an intermittent inside at one of the
terminal posts, just twisting the post a bit would fix it (for a while).
It isn't as sensitive as it should be, or maybe my diode ckt is
weak/leaky.   I've had it open a cupla yrs ago, took pix which have snce
disappeared, there's one component inside that looks like a ceramic disc
cap, maybe a surge suppressor, I couldn't tell for sure.  Also, with its 3
terminals, it's easy to get it wired up wrong.  Somewhere I've got a
sketch that shows it properly, will try to dig it up if you need.
