[Hallicrafters] Dummy antenna for S40 alignment

Hi "Al the Grouch",
Hey, while many SWLers scoff at it, I've LONG advocated the use of an
antenna tuner for receiving, whether the receiver was old or new!
Especially as I have 4 antennas here and I frequently use one that ISN'T
resonate for a given band as I've often found that antenna had a better
signal/noise ratio for that band/time than a different one cut for the
band did (hope that isn't double talk ;-). And yes, it does
occasionally make the difference between a barely discernable signal and
one that is actually listenable.
