The answer is yes but, since my computer crash last month it isn't me.  I'm 
trying to remember where I got the diagram that I had and believe it was a 
VK who keeps a trove of SX28 info, probably VK3DOC but I am not sure. 
VK3DOC is (or at least was) at MorrisO at vifp.monash.edu.au  but not sure as 
this is an old address.
