[Hallicrafters] SX-71 digital readout - it works!!

With all due respect, the SX-122/122a is mediocre at best. Far from the best
general coverage RX that Hallicrafters built. The DFD is best used on truly
'good' receivers. Perhaps the SX-100.

David

To my knowledge the new DFD from AADE is essentially intended for National
radios, and the SX-71 support was added because it was requested.
Looking at Raymond Moore's book, it appears that the SX-122 uses a similar
conversion plan to the SX-96/100/101/111 line. Inasmuch as there are plenty
of those radios out there, maybe you could shoot an email to neil at aade.com
and ask "what are the chances"??

All:

Is there a readout available that works with the Halli SX-122? It would be
a nice touch with my own unit.
