Please drift on into the Wednesday April 14th HCI Global Glow Roundtable with
those wondrous radio relics from yesteryear that still go glow in the night. We
will launch a Predator with propagation sensing instruments to determine if the
twenty meter skip is going to land somewhere within the forty-eight continental
states or glance off Phoebes, a moon of Mars, do a scenic run around the outer
ring of Saturn, zoom back toward Earth through the asteroid belt between mighty
Jupiter and Mars striking the asteroid Vesta and being deflected from there into
a lunar crater and finally returning to Earth about eight miles due north of
Bikini Island where nothing has lived since the atomic bomb tested there killed
everything including a can of Spam left by the Army! So join us between 5:30 PM
EDT, (2130 UTC) and 8:00 PM EDT, (0000 UTC) for the propagation lottery.

The frequency will be 14.315 MHz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and the
unmistakable sound of sizzling electrons boring through pollutant laden clouds
on their way to the Ionosphere layers to hop, skip and jump to the waiting ears
dangling from your various antennas.

So stop by and let's talk Hallicrafters, or any other vintage rig for that
matter, as it doesn't matter, as long as we enjoy ourselves. I hope to hear some
of you tomorrow night.
