[Hallicrafters] Microphone plug/receptacle identification

I now have an Astatic D-104-C microphone to use with my HT-37 (so I 
talk to Duane).  It has a  plug at the end of the cord.  I would like 
to make an adapter to go from the D-104 plug to the HT-37 input 1/4 in. 
phone plug (to keep the D-104 and HT-37 original).  The D-104 plug is 
4-pin, 1/2 in. dia. female, with a screw collier. I need help in 
identification of the male side of the plug and a source for it.  The 
only identification on the D-104 plug is LS on the end plus the 1, 2, 
3, and 4 pin labels.  Are there any such plugs about or a source?
